The Rotary Club of Golden began to focus on the issue of hunger and started the Golden Backpack Program in 2008 under the guidance of Peggy Halderman. Mental Wellness

Several years ago, the club recognized the need for youth mental health awareness and education, partly as a result of the record number of suicides among kids and teens in our community. Our efforts have continued to expand and we now offer community workshops and funding for counseling services for Golden High School students.

The Miracle Shop

Each year we support the Neighbor Rehab Project by being both a financial supporter and providing volunteer services for their Be A Tool Days, addressing warm, dry and safe needs for families and individual homes. Neighborhood Rehab Project

Other Community Support
